Tracy has over 20 years of experience in employee benefits, and currently serves as Executive Vice President of AHERN Insurance Brokerage, leading the employee benefits client services team.
Tracy works closely with our clients to establish short and long-term objectives to control cost and ensure compliance with the many rules and regulations that apply to employer-sponsored benefits. Her primary responsibilities include analyzing and implementing a range of plans and services, including the integration of HCMs and benefit administration platforms. Tracy also oversees employee communications, facilitates ongoing administrative training and supports escalated service issues.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and is licensed as a Life & Health agent in California.
