Susan is an Executive Vice President at AHERN Insurance Brokerage (AHERN) and brings over 20 years experience in marketing, lawyers professional liability claims and risk management. Susan has extensive experience in representing and advising law firms and accounting firms with respect to their unique professional liability, employment practices and management liability exposures. Susan’s reputation and relationships in the underwriting and claims community have been influential in making her a strong advocate for her clients.
Prior to joining AHERN, Susan held a variety of positions with major insurance carriers for more than a dozen years focusing on claims, loss prevention, auditing, and risk management. She is an active member in the Professional Liability Underwriting Society as well the ABA Committee on Legal Malpractice.
Susan is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego where she earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science.
