In addition to being a brand ambassador and trusted advisor for the agency, Randy Gust’s responsibilities also include advancing the company’s strategic initiatives, new business development and assisting firms with their professional liability insurance coverage. Randy brings over 20 years of vast experience in management, market strategy, new business development and contract negotiation.
Prior to joining AHERN, Randy’s background included 10 years in the Real Estate industry. During his tenure as Real Estate Manager with CB Richard Ellis, Randy managed the operations of a diverse portfolio of multi-tenant, industrial and office properties in San Diego totaling approximately 650,000 square feet. Randy was accountable for all facets of operations, construction, budgeting, maintenance, vendor and tenant relations, where he ensured quality customer service and communication skills.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colorado State University.
