Susan
Kilano has worked in the insurance industry for
more than 12 years and is currently a Vice President with Ahern Insurance Brokerage (AIB).
Her responsibilities include developing new business
in the area of professional liability and employment
practices liability insurance.
Susan
possesses extensive claims experience in the area
of legal malpractice and commercial losses and spent
the previous five years at CNA Insurance Companies.
Susan has also held positions with Gallagher Bassett
Services and Taco Bell Corporation focusing on claims,
loss prevention, auditing, and risk management.
She was also Director for Risk and Insurance Management
Society and currently is an active member in PLUS
and the ABA, with emphasis on legal malpractice.
Susan
is a graduate of the University of California, San
Diego, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Political Science.
