As
Executive Vice President for Ahern Insurance Brokerage
(AIB), Ellen is directly responsible for new business
development as well as leading the company’s strategic
marketing efforts.
Before
joining her brother Brian at AIB, Ellen's background
included more than 13 years of sales and marketing
experience. Ellen's sales career began with Nordstrom
and spanned over a 9 year period involving sales,
management and as a personal shopper. In addition,
Ellen worked over three years in business development
for the temporary staffing industry that developed
her knowledge of human resources and employment
issues of major corporations.
Ellen has a degree in Child Development
and is currently pursuing the designation of RPLU
(Registered Professional Liability Underwriter). She
is an active member of the Lawyers Club of San Diego
and a board member of the San Diego County Bar Foundation.
